Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to assign a Lead, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Lead
2. Attempt to change the 'Owner' field

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, no Leads can be assigned to this user.
