Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the customer navigates to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Social Data and Insight Cloud Attribute Mapping and Preferences
The "Enable Enrichment for Account" and "Enable Enrichment for Contact" check boxes are disabled and the customer cannot activate them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the customer navigates to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Social Data and Insight Cloud Attribute Mapping and Preferences
The "Enable Enrichment for Account" and "Enable Enrichment for Contact" check boxes are enabled and the customer can activate them.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Social Data and Insight Cloud Attribute Mapping and Preferences
2. The "Enable Enrichment for Account" and "Enable Enrichment for Contact" check boxes are disabled.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot enable enrichment.
