Initiator Name Missing In Approver Column After Email Is Changed (Doc ID 2150674.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has changed one employee's employment type from Contract to Full time position, that time they have changed his Email id .

System is not showing his name in the initiated approver fields in old invoices before this change, but new invoices are having his name.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Old invoices before the change also need his name as initiated approver.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change job type and email id for an existing employee
2. Create invoices
3. Query old invoices - won't have initiator name
4. New Invoices will have name

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,old invoices are not having the information of the initiator.
