How To Solve Duplicate Locations Appearing When Signing Up for Job Alerts (Doc ID 2151657.1)

When signing up for Job Alerts the locations are duplicated. For example: Albany, New York appears twice.

Locations are duplicated in the drop down when signing up for Job Alerts.

Locations should not be duplicated and the number of jobs associated with the locations should be correct.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click 'Sign up for job alerts'
2. Click the 'Locations' box
3. You will see the locations are duplicated and the job numbers in the parenthesis differs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the proper location for the job alerts.
