Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an analysis includes a filter for a text field, such as one of the below, even though values appear in the results without the filter in place, with the filter the analysis returns the below message:
- CSW Step or Status
- User or Candidate Name
The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters and/or selections that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Analysis Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below.
This only seems to occur on specific values -- other values work correctly to return results; even if the value is selected from the list of values, the analysis still returns no results.
