Symptoms
Problem Description:
When an analysis includes a filter for a text or name column, such as one of the columns listed below, even though values appear in the results without the filter in place:
- if the filter is set to is equal to / is in, the analysis returns no results
- if the filter is set to is not equal to / is not in, the analysis still returns results for the column
Examples:
- CSW Step or Status
- User or Candidate Name
- Sources
- Career Sections
- User Groups or User Types
- Onboarding Processes
This only seems to occur with specific values -- other values work correctly to either return results or exclude those results -- even if the value is selected from the list of values.
