Goal
When calculating budgets for the Workforce Compensation Plan, the requirement is to prorate a budget based on the portion of the year worked by direct report.
For example: Manager has four employees and two of them worked 100% of the year and two worked 50% of the year. All managers have a budget of 5%, but this manager would only have 3% because of the new hires on his team.
