Address Cleansing Recurring Batch Scheduled To Run Once Every Day Results In Error

For recurrent Address Cleansing batch process - after the initial batch was successful the others that followed are in Status Completed with Errors.
The program failed because of the error oracle.apps.cdm.dataQuality.batch.ess.program.DqBatchCleanseException: oracle.apps.cdm.dataQuality.batch.ess.program.DqBatchCleanseException: oracle.edq.fusion.connector.impl.ConnectorException: AV clean service failed: POST https://data-mhr.data.us2.oraclecloud.com/av/api/v2/addressclean returned a response status of 401 .
Due to this issue, the data cleansing process is not completed.
