Trying to removed required custom field from 'Selected Field' region but Required field are auto added to Creation > Default Layout (Doc ID 2152316.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer want to move field from 'Selected Field' section to 'Available Field' on Object 'Partner > Opportunity Subtab'
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to move from 'Selected Field' section to 'Available Field' which they dont want to be available in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

> Application Composer > Application: Sales > Standard Object > Opportunity > Fields > Custom
> Action: Create
> Ok

> Enter ‘Display Label’
> Required = TRUE
> Save and Close

> Application Composer > Application: Sales > Standard Object > Partner > Page > Simplified Page
> Details Page Layouts > Default Layout > Edit

> Subtabs Region > Subtab Opportunities > Opportunity Summary Table > Edit
> Select the Field 'Address Line 1' from 'Selected Field' and move to 'Available Field'
> Save and Close

Again navigate to

> Subtabs Region > Subtab Opportunities > Opportunity Summary Table > Edit
> Custom field created is automatically readded to ‘Selected Fields’
