Mobile App (ipad/android) Don't Work After Latest Update (Doc ID 2152495.1)

Since today the mobile app on the Android (samsung S6) and mobile app on the iPad don't work. It's impossible to connect.

On the mobile app it gives a error message after entering the host (earlier today it went beyond that stage but then logging in did not work even after entering the right credentials)

On the Ipad after giving the host name and right credentials the wheel keeps spinning and no interface is shown

As a result Oracle Documents cloud is now mobile unavailable. The web browser interface works alright and so does the desktop synchronization
