Error When Register Supplier (Doc ID 2152558.1)

Goal

After upgrade to Release 11, users encounter error when creating spend authorized supplier.
Also when create a prospective supplier, users do not get this error until sent for approval; the approval email notification advises error when creating supplier.


Error

You must request or create a user account for at least one active contact.
You must select at least one product or service category.

 

This was working in Release 10.

How can users get passed this error and register Suppliers?
