Currently, the user is running Microsoft Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with Microsoft Office 2013. When Oracle Documents Cloud Services (DOCS) Sync Manager is running along with any MS-Office application, the MS-Office application will freeze. The ability to type, scroll or click with mouse on the application window is locked. This issue will resolve itself in about 5-20 seconds. Once the window is unfrozen and a user tries to use the application - it will function properly for about 2-5 seconds before freezing again. This continues as long as you are trying to use MS Office while DOCS is syncing.
As soon as The Task Manager is open and used to End Task for DOCS all MS-Office Applications will work as normally again.
