Contacts are not added to the Sales Campaign

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating a new Sales Campaign, the first step is to Add Contacts. But the added Contacts are not displayed in the list of Contacts.
i.e. the contacts are not added to the campaign


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On adding contacts to campaign they should get added added & displayed in the list of contacts.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Sales Representative in a Rel 11 Sales Cloud Environment
2. Go to Sales ->Sales Campaign
3. Create a new Sales Campaign
4. Add a New Contact & Provide First Name & Last Name of the contact, or search any existing contact
5. Choose the contact from the list
6. Click OK.
But the contact doesn't get listed on the Contacts page of Sales Campaign.
