Fusion Profile Management: Certification Field Is Not Getting Reflected Under Skills And Qualification In My Portrait

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Global Human Resources in SaaS environment.
Customer has created a new content type. However, this is not displayed under Skills and Qualifications section in My Portrait.
This was also added under Summary for Experience and Qualifications Custom Profile. However, it is not shown there also.
The custom content type should be visible in the section "Skills and Qualifications" or Summary for Experience and Qualifications Custom Profile
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Click Navigator > Setup and Maintenance work area.
Ensure that you are on the All Tasks page
In the Name field, enter task "Manage Content Profile Types" and click on Search icon.
In the task row, click on "Go to Task".
3. Next page is "Manage Content Types”.
In the Search Results section of the Manage Content Types page, click Create to create a new content type, say, XX Certification.
Enter Code, Name, Description.
Select check box Free-Form Type and save the record.
4. Next page is "Edit Content Type".
Add subscribers HRMS and EQPR. Save the changes.
5. Next go to task "Manage Profile Types”.
Select Person and click on "Edit" button.
Next page is "Edit Profile Type". Here, select the newly created content type from the section "Content Section".
Next page is Content Section.
Add columns like From Date and Certification Name.
In the Content Section Access, selected the checkboxes for roles Employee, HR Specialist and Line Manager.
Click OK. Click Save.
6. Next, log in as the employee and navigate to "Experience and Qualifications" page from My Portrait page.
Entered a record for the XX Certification content type in the sections "Skills and Qualifications" and "Summary for Experience and Qualifications Custom Profile".
7. However, these are not getting reflected.
