Fusion Benefits: Unable to delete the Designate Beneficiary Setup From the Plan (Doc ID 2152857.1)

Goal

The "Designate Beneficiary" and the "Requires Additional Beneficiary Designations" items are configured for the Benefits Plan.

There are no Beneficiary designations under this plan and when trying to delete this setup, the system does not allow to do the same.

When trying to delete the Additional Beneficiary Action, the following error message is thrown:

"You cannot delete the designate beneficiary action without first deleting the other beneficiary actions."


On clicking Edit -> Correct/Update option, only the "Designate Beneficiary" option would open up and not the "Requires Additional Beneficiary Designations", thus making it impossible to delete the Actions.
