ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When the HR user searches for PDs in the administration task = Complete Performance Documents task, multiple rows are returned in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the search results should not show duplicate/ multiple rows for the same document

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR Specialist
2. Navigator > My Workforce > Performance > Related Links > Complete Performance Doucment
3. Search for a Worker/ PD
4. Multiple rows are shown in the search results
