The following error appears any time the user tries to create a new email or reply to an existing email and share it with Sales Cloud.

Object cannot be created before first sync completed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Create new email
3. Share with OSC

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot share emails with OSC.
