On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to synchronize,
the following error occurs.

Synchronization issues occurs when records failed to synchronize between Sales Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook. It usually happens when either Sales Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook cannot add, modify or delete a record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlkook
2. Synchronize
3. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize OSC for Outlook addin.
