Ribbon On Bottom Of App Is Covering Expenses (Doc ID 2153517.1)

Goal

PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================
When trying to approve an expense report using the app, the bottom ribbon
that has 'actions' is covering the last expense so the user cannot see the
 last expense item.

When you drag the report, the line is visible but cannot click on the
attachment to view it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Approver login into mobile apps
2. selects the expense report to be approved
3. view the lines
4. the bottom line is covered by the action ribbon

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
All the lines of the expense report should be visible
