User Name Is Garbled If Japanese User Name Is used in csv upload

On : Workflow and Automation

The user's Name does not appear correctly in SRM if the username of the the user invited through csv upload is in Japanese.

irrespective of the language, the username should be reflected correctly if the language is supported by the system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workflow & Automation -> Users
2. Click on Invite Users
3. From the pop up window, download the csv template
4. Update the csv with usrer's Name in japanese & save it on the desktop
5. Upload the saved file
6. Click the Send Invitation button.
7. The users get uploaded successfully. Check the name of the newly invited users on the Users list

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer can not use Japanese in user CSV uploading.
