Sales Lead Assignment Process Is Stuck With Status Running (Doc ID 2154424.1)

Symptoms

"Leads Batch Assignment" (MarketingBatchAssignmentRequest), is stuck in running state.

Changes

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Scheduled process > Run Requests Sales Leads Assignment process
2. Process is stuck at Running status
3. If cancelling the process , status remains cancelling (Needs to be in cancelling status before reaching out to Support)
