Information in this document applies to any platform.
1. A custom report is configured that will be displayed with in the Analytics tab of Account detail page.
2. Custom report displays the list of closed opportunities of that Account.
3. Custom report has a drill down link to open the Activities tab of the opportunity record (deep link URL).
4. User creates an activity under the opportunity and returns to the Accounts detail page.
User can still create the activity record within the Simplified UI screen within mobile app. Then user taps the RETURN arrow to get back to Account screen. The flow is working fine. But often we are receiving an error in the mobile screen as "Because of inactivity your session has timed out and is no longer active. Click OK to reload the page". Even though user is actively using the mobile app. Could you please let us know why this message pops up and any way to turn this off?
