Topic Available Count and Displayed Count Under Dashboard Does Not Match

Symptoms

After a Topic has been activated and the Topic has been collecting messages the Topic grid shows an available messages number is say 14. But under "Analyze" the message number is different the number of messages is appearing wrong in the Topic grid.

 The expected behaviour is the following:

- The Available and Estimated numbers on the Topics main page are based on the month, while the number of snippets on the Dashboard page is based on the date range selected.
- Those two numbers will only be the same if you select the current month as start/end date on the Dashboard.
