Topic Available Count and Displayed Count Under Dashboard Does Not Match (Doc ID 2154617.1)

After a Topic has been activated and the Topic has been collecting messages the Topic grid shows an available messages number is say 14. But under "Analyze" the message number is different the number of messages is appearing wrong in the Topic grid.
