Why Compensation Plans Not Assigned To Participants ? (Doc ID 2154662.1)

Symptoms

On the participant snapshot summary table, the participants have blank in Plan and Role columns. When opening this participant snapshot, Role Assignment shows the correct role but there is no assigned plan.

STEPS
1. Opened all the intervals periods for the new year ( ie. 2021).
2. Changed the Compensation Plans dates to extend for the new year end date ( ie. 12/31/2021 ) .
3. Run Deploy Compensation Plan
4. Validate in Participant Snapshot > Manage Compensation Plan and still see old End-Date ( ie.  12/31/2020 )
