Symptoms

On : NA version, Sales, Sales Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a workflow on opportunity object that should be raised when SalesStatus is changed no email notification is sent

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email notifications should be sent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator -> Application composer
2. Create a workflow on Opportunity object
3. Set the triggering condition to the following
if(isAttributeChanged('SalesStage')&&StatusCode=='Open')return true;
4. Go to opportunity and change the Sales stage

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use the workflow functionality
