User Record in OIM Is Defaulting To Disabled & Locked Status Repeatedly After Send Pending LDAP Requests Job Run (Doc ID 2155033.1)

Symptoms


User record in OIM is defaulting to Identity Status = Disabled and Account = Locked

The account was reset several times and it keeps defaulting to disabled and locked. Sometimes its takes overnight other times its within the hour to revert back after Send Pending LDAP Requests ESS job is run.

The expectation is that the user record will be auto provisioned roles and remain an active user in OIM and Fusion

Steps to Reproduce Issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Enable user record in OIM

2) Run "Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes" ESS Job

3) Run "Send Pending LDAP Requests" ESS Job

4) Verify user record in OIM (The status changes back to Disabled)
