When user submits CRM File Import for Employee Resource object, the job status is in Scheduled status.
After a second or two, the job status changes to Base table upload in progress and batch status will be in Processing.
If the import activity job becomes Unsuccessful status, user need to verify if the HCM and CRM portion of the import are completed or if the job is still running in the background.
Resubmitting another file import activity with the same data file for Employee Resource object can potentially cause duplicate users.
This document will show how to verify if Employee Resource Import job has completed.
