Outlook Connector Error: Failed to allocate a managed memory buffer

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to perform a package updated after recent maintenance, the following error occurs.

FC0099 Failed to allocate a managed memory buffer of 33554432 bytes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User attempts to perform a package update.
2. User receives the FC0099 error.
3. User closes and reopens Outlook and is able to perform a sync successfully.

Due to this issue, users cannot perform a package update successfully to use OSC Outlook.
