Goal

After enabling Position Synchronization for Enterprise when attempting to edit the position and update department the employee's department fields is synchronized but action reason is coming blank

Steps

1. Manage Legal Entity HCM information
2. Enable Position Synchronization: department and Job
3. Edit Position - Change department
4. Check on employee assignment the department is synchronized but not the action reason
