Customer mentioned that emails are not triggered when Tasks/Appointments are created/updated in OSC.
Customer has verified the settings as mentioned in the following document "Notifications For Appointments/Tasks Enabled But Not Triggered (Doc ID 2131900.1) " and found that all the setting are fine.
