Symptoms


This is happening for almost every rule. This needs to be fixed as we need to manage the rule configurations to make changes to the rules per changes in the business.


ERROR

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5"
AN error occurred while invoking task Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more detail on this error. Contact your help desk."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to setup and maintenance > Manage Approval transactions for Human Capital Management
2. Query Transfer Rule > Configure
3. Make no changes or make any changes and then click submit
4. Error occurs.
