Last updated on JUNE 29, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Project Foundation Cloud Service - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : version, Set Up Project Management

Client has their own way of defining project priority, and therefore do not need the default 'High', 'Medium' and 'Low' priority values that are in the system. We are unable to delete those default priorities and can't even inactivate them or end-date them.

Steps To Replicate
Navigate to the task 'Manage Project Priority Values' and try to delete, inactivate, or edit the default priority values.

The issue affects project creation when the user initially creates the project and chooses the priority. The list of available priorities shows but includes the customer-defined priorities as well as the default. The customer does not want the default priorities to be showing.
