Symptoms
User just have a new provision instance for CDM (Customer Data Management).
When creating a new login user via Navigator > Manage User or Users, Roles and Delegations , the Legal Employer under Employee Information shows :
Select the legal entity that employs this person.
The list of value for Legal Employer is empty.
