Goal

We have created a user and assigned the user all the 11 project roles and it's related data roles, Grants Accountant, grants Administrator, principal Investigator, Customer Contract Admin, Customer Contract Manager, Customer Relationship Management Application Administrator.
Why we cannot update a contract while creating a new award?
