Fusion Global Payroll: Enhancement Request – Include Userid of Person Who Made Last Change on Record When Deleting Element Entries Due to Termination (Doc ID 2156636.1)

1. Enhancement request for Audit Table of Element Entries
    a. When a termination occurs that results in deletion of future dated element entries, the last_updated_by for DELETED rows in audit table Pay_element_entries_f_ does not reflect the user that performed the termination.
        1) Instead the last_updated_by is not updated or reflects the created_by.
2. Requirement is the last_updated_by should reflect the userid of the worker who made the last change on the record i.e. whoever performed the termination.
