Error received in workflow when a contact relationship is entered on a new hire worker record.
Error: The contact relationship country must be equal to one of the worker's work relationship countries.
Error is received when the manager (first approver) tries to approve the new hire and the process does not continue.
The contact for the worker is entered during the new hire process. Each time the contact is entered in the new hire process, the workflow fails with the above error. If the contact is not entered during the new hire process - there is no error.
