Unable to Readd a Previously Deleted User in OIM (Doc ID 2157151.1)

Symptoms

After deleting a user in the OIM, cannot recreate the same user, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Unable to cre. . ."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open OIM User Admin.
  2. Delete a user.
  3. Readd same user.
  4. Status shows: "Unable to cre. . ."
