Cycle Count - Need to manually select each Item in Include in Count


I see that we need to manually select each Item in Include in Count while defining the cycle count. There is no feature to mass select that i noticed. Please advise if I am missing something. We may have 10K items and it does not become practical to manually select each Item.

As well, I just selected only 10 Items manually to test the flow. However, in Record cycle count , all the Items were available. Would this mean we do not need to click on "Include in Count" while defining the cycle count?
