Escalation Process to be added to performance evaluation.

User need a step for escalation process which will help the employee to escalate his evaluation the manger or his direct manager because he is not agreeing on the evaluation of his direct manager.

Escalation process should contains an ability for the worker to reject the evaluation at certain step & after rejection, the escalation would be a notification for the manager of his direct manager & human resources department.
