Imported Requisitions Not Showing In Buyer Work Queue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Imported requisitions not showing in buyer work queue, while requisition created in Self Service Procurement does appear in Fusion Cloud environment. Both the requisitions are created for the same Requisition BU and Procurement BU, and they are approved in the UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import Requisition and approve it.
2. log in as Buyer (buyer assignment rule to assign the buyer for the specific Requisition BU and Procurement BU) in Fusion application and view Requisitions in Overview tab.
3. Observe the imported Requisition is not listed.
