Territory link is missing under Sales section in the Navigator menu (Doc ID 2158606.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Territory link is missing under the Sales menu in Release 11 Navigator
The link was visible in Release 10, and the user is an Administrator with various roles associated to profile, that gives access to Territories

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Release 11 the Territories section need to be shown in Navigator > Sales.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into Release 11 environment
2. click on Navigator icon> look under the Sales section
3. Territories link is missing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manage the Territories feature.
