Passport: The AON Passport service is missing the Recruiter Centric option (Doc ID 2158704.1)

Symptoms

 After changing the AON Assessment passport service to use 'Mixed' model (Configuration > Taleo Recruiting Administration > Screening Services > Service Details - Management Assessments),  the Recruiter Centric option is still not available to be chosen for Requisitions/Requisition Templates.

Changes

The AON Assessment passport service supports Mixed, Candidate Centric, and Recruiter Centric options for the service's "Service Implementation Model".  

Expected behavior is that if the SeviceImplementationModel is “Mixed”, then in the Screening section of the Requisition the user will select relevant  RequisitionImplementationModel value (CandidateCentric or RecruiterCentric).
