Talent Profile: Work Requirements Not Displaying On Experience And Qualifications Card (Doc ID 2158749.1)

Goal

The employee cannot select Work Requirements to add to Experience and Qualifications card.

Content Type Work Requirements has Experience and Qualifications cards as a subscriber (also HRMS, HRTR, TM, SM), and content section access enabled for Employee and HR Specialist. The employee cannot select Work Requirements to add to Experience and Qualifications card. Other enabled content types do show up (ex: Degrees, Education Levels, etc). Steps to recreate: Manage Profile Content Types > search for Work Requirements > Add EQPR to Subscribers > Save and Close > Manage Profile Types > Select Person > Select Work Requirements > Enable Employee and HR Specialist Section Access. Employee navigates to Talent Profile > select Edit > Add Content. Work Requirements not in dropdown. It does show up on Career Development card even though that is not designated as a subscriber in Manage Profile Content Types. Screenshots attached. Client Test environment on R11
