After upgrading to Release 11, when open some tasks in Fusion Setup Manager, the Remote Region error occurs (Doc ID 2158807.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance Management

After upgrading to Release 11, when open some tasks in Fusion Setup Manager, the following message is shown.

ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1":

An error occurred while invoking task xxxxxxxxxxx. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..

In the FunctionalSetupServer_1-diagnostic.log, you can see the following error.
