Unable To Add Users As "Team Members" To Accounts

On : CALE version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When trying to add two users to accounts, you cannot find them with a search. There is not a way to get them added as team members on any account.

It is expected that we should be able to find them and add them to a team with access to accounts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created the users
2. Tried to search for the users to add to a team
3. Users do not display as in the system for options to add to a team

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the customer cannot add these specific users to a team(s), and thus these users cannot get the access to accounts that they should have.
