On Oracle Fusion, version, Trying to view accounting for a receipt application is getting errors:

Entered account and Accounted account should be same when entered currency is same as Ledger currency

Expecting to be able to view accounting

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables
3. Go to Accounts Receivables
4. Go to Manage Receipts
5. Query the receipt with issues
6. Go to Actions -> Account in final
7. Go to View Accounting and observed the error described appears
