Goal
- Is it possible to change the List-Unsubscribe email header to mailto: from http:?
- Example 1: We've noticed that the emails sent from Eloqua contain a list-unsubscribe header, but it is not formatted correctly - namely doesn't contain a mailto:
- therefore doesn't work for the providers that support this functionality. Can you advise when this will be fixed?
- Example 2: I want to add an email address in the EMAIL HEADER (not the content header) of all our emails
- our emails currently only have the URL unsubscribe that looks like this
- http://app.<domain>/e/u?s=<Site ID>&elq=<Eloqua Token>
- I want it to look like this:
- List-Unsubscribe: <mailto: newsletter@<domain>>,<http://app.<domain>/e/u?s=<Site ID>&elq=<Eloqua Token>>
