Fusion Absence Management: Trying To Terminate Employees Using Terminate Enrollment, But Termination Is Not Happening (Doc ID 2159449.1)

For some employee while trying to terminate using terminate enrollment, the termination is not happening.

Absence Enrollment for Employees should get terminated on required date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Absence Record Screen for employee.
2. Click on Terminate Enrollment for selected absence plan and provide date input value.
3. No changes in plan end enrollment date.
