When an user register an opportunity, he could register the name of a primary contact. If he doesn't find him into the "search" window, a button exists and allows him to create a new contact.
But, this functionality doesn't exists if the user wants to register the name of the account and he doesn't find it in the "search" window. the button "Create account" is missing in such pop-up !
