Clicking On An Added Contact Within An Opportunity, Produces An Unresponsive Faulty Screen (Doc ID 2160685.1)

Symptoms

When selecting an added contact within a project (stakeholder - "employed by us" section), an unresponsive faulty window appears where:

- the title bar disappears on the "Edit Contact : name : Overview" window
- the buttons disappear on the title bar of the window ("Edit Contact : name : Overview")
- the subtabs on the left of the window ("Edit Contact : name : Overview") become unresponsive

Our customer is a sales rep & I have replicated this issue with both admin & sales rep credentials.


STEPS:
1 ) Open Opportunity(Project was display name given by the customer)
2 ) On a custom DCL that points to Contact Object
3 ) Select a contact in that DCL
4 ) Click the name of that contact you selected
5 ) The Contact screen opens but is corrupted.
-missing button on the top and also tabs of the contact screen are non functional
