Scheduling Is Not Working for a Project with All Activities Marked as Finished

While scheduling a project, after F9 is clicked the Scheduling window pops up and hangs, and the P6 Client has to be forcefully terminated.
The scheduling should finish.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule a project.
2. Press F9 while the scheduling is performed.
